We constantly strive to provide highest quality authentic stonebaked pizza around.

To do this we use the freshest ingredients available. Our basil and rosemary are grown on-site; our ham, bacon and chorizo are outdoor bred from Dingley Dell Farm in Suffolk, who believe in superbly flavoured and welfare-friendly pork; and our other meats are sourced by Direct Meats, who genuinely care about animal welfare and understand the importance of reducing stress to the animal at every stage.

Not forgetting the main part, all our doughs are handmade daily and then rested for 24 hours to create a crisp yet fluffy base.

And with a passion for great food comes a passion for great wine! Our list has been carefully selected to offer great value wines with an emphasis on Italian wineries and small independent producers. You will find that many of our bottles are also organic and biodynamic.
